Michael Gaudio is a higher education and career development leader, educator, career coach, and performer dedicated to empowering individuals to grow with confidence and helping communities flourish through connection, creativity, and mentorship.

As a leader, educator, and career coach, Michael has worked across higher education and nonprofit organizations to expand career readiness initiatives, build impactful programs, develop staff, educate emerging professionals, and cultivate partnerships that help students move toward fulfilling futures.

As a performer, Michael has appeared as a vocalist and actor in professional music and theatre productions at venues including Cape Symphony, North Shore Music Theatre, The Barnstormers Theatre, Woodstock Playhouse, Seacoast Repertory Theatre, and New Hampshire Dance Institute.

Michael sees his work in these disciplines as one. Whether in the office, classroom, one-on-one session, or on the stage, Michael seeks to help others connect, grow, and thrive.
